Analysis of Tools of Corporate Investment Decisions
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje vybraným oblastem v rámci teorie a praxe investičního rozhodování. Hlavní pozornost je věnována výhodám i nevýhodám financování. Srovnání financování se provádí v praktické části, přičemž se jedná o: náklady, daňové úspory, peněžní toky. Závěr obsahuje shrnutí výsledků zkoumání.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with selected areas within investment decisions theory and practice. Principal attention is paid to advantages as well as disadvantages of the financing forms. The comparison of the financing forms is done in the practical part, hereat are considered: costs, tax saving and cash flow. Summary contains findings of observation.
