Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá směrnicí Evropského parlamentu a Rady 97/7/ES ze dne 20. května 1997 o ochraně spotřebitele v případě smluv uzavřených na dálku. Práce hodnotí implementaci této směrnice do občanského zákoníku a do vládního návrhu nového občanského zákoníku. The thesis deals with the Directive 97/7/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 20 May 1997 on the Protection of Consumers in respect of Distance Contracts. The thesis analyses the implementation of the Directive in the Czech Civil Code and the Draft of the new Civil Code.
