Abstract:

Práce s názvem „Komparace možností zdrojů financování pro nově začínající podnik“ obsahuje podrobný popis podnikatelského plánu společnosti Horse Partners pro vytvoření celoročního soběstačného jezdeckého areálu, situovaného nedaleko dvoj města Stará Boleslav – Brandýs nad Labem. Autorce práce byla inspirací skutečnost, že se v České republice nachází pouze hrstka areálů rovnající se svou velikostí, vybaveností a kvalitou nabízených služeb Evropským státům. Nemluvě o poskytování ubytovacích a restauračních služeb. Pro zjištění celkové ceny komplexu bylo nutností vypracovat co nejpřesnější rámcový rozpočet, ze kterého je v práci vycházeno při vícekriteriální analýze. Ta hodnotí z pěti možností financování investičního projektu. Práce dále obsahuje podrobnou analýzu konkurence, vybrané metody pro zhodnocení ekonomické efektivnosti podniku, aktuální výši cen služeb a materiálů (stavebního a na vybavení) i legislativu pro rok 2019. Prioritou při hledání vhodného zajištění cizích zdrojů pro vybudování zázemí areálu, je zanechat vetší část vlastnického podílu ve společnosti Horse Partners, která je jeho původním tvůrcem. Analyzovány byly možnosti financování investičním úvěrem, investorem business angels, emitováním kapitálových dluhopisů, rizikovým kapitálem a Evropskými strukturálními a investičními fondy. Výsledkem vícekriteriální analýzy a nejvhodnější volbou pro zajištění cizích finančních zdrojů je forma emitováním kapitálových dluhopisů.

Abstract:

The work titled "Comparison of the Funding Sources possibilities for newly arising company" includes a detailed description of Horse Partners business plan for the creation of a year-round, self-sustaining equestrian area, located near the two towns of Stará Boleslav – Brandýs nad Labem. The author of the work was inspired by the fact that in the Czech Republic there are only a handful of areas equal to their size, amenities and quality of the services offered to the other European States. To determine the overall price of the complex, it was necessary to draw up the most accurate framework budget, from which the work is based on a multi-criteria analysis. It evaluates from five financing options for the investment project. The thesis also includes a detailed analysis of the competition, selected methods to assess the economic efficiency of the company, the current price of services and materials (construction and equipment) and legislation for the year 2019. The priority in finding the appropriate provision of foreign resources for building the premises is to leave a larger part of the ownership interest in Horse Partners, which is its original creator. The financing options were analyzed by the investment loan, the investor of Business Angels, the issuance of capital bonds, venture capital and the European structural and investment funds. The result of a multi-criterion analysis and the most appropriate choice for securing foreign financial resources is the form of issuance of capital bonds.
