Intergenerational benefits of familyfriendlycommunity audit for municipalities

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá v Rakousku vybudovaným procesem participace občanů na životě obce, který se postupně stává fenoménem v České republice. V Jihomoravském kraji byl adaptován pod názvem audit familyfriendlycommunity. V souvislosti s demografickým vývojem zkoumá mezigenerační přínos této iniciativy pro samotné obce. Teoretická část práce popisuje veřejnou správu v České republice. Zaměřuje se na sociální politiku a dále především na politiku rodinnou, realizovanou na obcích. Empirická část práce popisuje kvalitativní výzkum, ve kterém je jako hlavní metoda sběru dat užit skupinový rozhovor ve fokusních skupinách. Cílem výzkumu je zjistit, zda a jak je vnímaný mezigenerační přínos auditu familyfriendlycommunity a poskytnout tak zpětnou vazbu nositeli licence v ČR.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the process of citizen participation in municipal life, which has been developed in Austria and is gradually becoming a phenomenon in the Czech Republic. In the South Moravian Region it was adapted under the name of audit familyfriendlycommunity. In the context of demographic development, it examines the intergenerational benefits of this initiative for the municipalities themselves. The theoretical part of the thesis describes public administration in the Czech Republic. It focuses on social policy and on family policy implemented in municipalities in particular. The empirical part of the thesis describes qualitative research in which focus group interview is used as the main method of data collection. The objective of the research is to find out whether and how the intergenerational benefits of the familyfriendlycommunity audit are perceived and thus provide feedback to the licensees in the country.
