Anotácia:

Cílem diplomové práce je zjistit, jak místní orgány veřejné správy podporují integraci vybrané skupiny cizinců v oblasti živnostenského podnikání v Pardubickém kraji. V teoretické části práce jsou představeny základní rysy migrační a integrační politiky vůči cizincům v České republice. V praktické části je zjišťována úroveň podpory Centra na podporu integrace cizinců Pardubického kraje a dalších orgánů veřejné správy pro státní příslušníky Ukrajiny v oblasti živnostenského podnikání. Diplomová práce se také zabývá současnou situací Ukrajiny, která bojuje proti ruské invazi a následné integraci uprchlíků v oblasti zaměstnávání ukrajinských občanů v České republice. V práci jsou využita data z primárních a sekundárních zdrojů, i výsledky různých typů výzkumu např. dotazníková metoda, rozhovory, či telefonická komunikace.

Abstract:

The main objective of this thesis is to find out how the institutions of the Pardubice region support integration of a chosen group of foreigners within the entrepreneurship structures. The theoretical part of the thesis introduces the basic features of migration and integration policies of the Czech Republic. The practical part focuses on the level of support entrepreneurs of Ukrainian citizenship receive from the Pardubice region Center for support of integration of foreigners and other public administration bodies. The thesis also deals with the issue of ongoing russian invasion to Ukraine and he consequential topic of employment of war refugees coming to the Czech republic from this region. The research is based on primary and secondary sources and other data obtained through questionnaires, interviews and telephonic communication.
