Diplomová práce se věnuje problematice stresu, stresorů, příčinami a vznikem stresových situací a metodami jejich zvládání a diagnostikování.. Dále posttraumatickou stresovou poruchou a vlivem zátěžových situací na zdraví člověka. Součástí práce je dotazníkové šetření na téma stresových situací při výkonu služby a jeho vyhodnocení. This graduation work deals with the stress problems,stressors, reasons and creations of stress situation and methods how to deal and diagnose them.
