Abstract:
Diplomová práce srovnává systém českého a skotského školství z pohledu správního práva. Je srovnán systém speciální péče se systémem přídatné podpory. Práce se zabývá právním vymezením subjektů speciálního školství a všímá si rovněž otázky povinnosti integrace handicapovaných žáků do hlavního vzdělávacího proudu.
Abstract:
The thesis compares the Czech and the Scottish law framework of the point of view of administrative law. The system of special needs applied in the Czech Republic with the adittional support system used in Scotland is compared.
