Předložená práce se věnuje problematice v oblasti kvality života pacientů léčených hemodialýzou a peritoneální dialýzou. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí - teoretické a praktické. V teoretické části je zahrnuta anatomická stavba a fyziologické funkce ledvin, patologické stavy a základní léčebné metody. This submitted thesis pursues the problematics in the field of the life quality of patients treated hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis. The thesis is divided into two parts - the theoretical part and the practical part.
