Current Problems in Business in the Field of Private Security Services in the Czech Republic

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce s názvem Aktuální problémy v úseku podnikání v oblasti soukromých bezpečnostních služeb v rámci ČR se zabývá současným stavem v dané sekci podnikání. Závěrečná práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část popisuje historické okolnosti spjaté se vznikem soukromé bezpečnosti, dále rozebírá základní právní úpravu související s oblastí soukromých bezpečnostních služeb a jejich místní a věcnou působnost. V poslední části se teoretická část zaměří na připravovaný zákon o soukromé bezpečnostní činnosti. Cílem praktické části je analýza vybraného aktuálního problému na úseku podnikání soukromých bezpečnostních služeb, a to aplikace soukromých bezpečnostních služeb v rámci řízení subjektu dispečerského a dohledového centra se zaměřením na zdravotní způsobilost bezpečnostních pracovníků.

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis called Current Problems in Business in the Field of Private Security Services in the Czech Republic deals with the current situation in the given business section. The final thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part describes the historical circumstances connected with the emergence of private security, further it analyzes the basic legal regulations related to the area of private security services and their local and material scope. In the last part, the theoretical part focuses on the draft bill on private security activities. The aim of the practical part is to analyze a selected current problem in the business of private security services, namely the application of private security services within the management of the dispatching and supervisory center focusing on the health fitness of security personnel.
