Diplomová práce se prostřednictvím deskriptivně analytické a komparativní metody zaměřuje na aktuální právní úpravu chovu hospodářských zvířat. Cílem práce je komplexní rozbor unijní i vnitrostátní právní úpravy v oblasti dobrých životních podmínek hospodářských zvířat. The diploma work focuses on current legislation of livestock through descriptive analysis and comparative method. The aim is a comprehensive analysis of EU and national legislation on the welfare of farm animals.
