Tématem předkládané bakalářské diplomové práce je motivace v dobrovolnické organizaci Junák. O motivaci se mluví často, ale jen málo kdy ve spojitosti s dobrovolnými vedoucími v dětských organizacích. Issue of this bachelor thesis is motivation in field of Scout volunteer organisation. We speak about motivation very often, but not in connection with volunteers in childhood organizations. That is the reason why I focus on possible ways of volunteer motivation in this type of organizations, and their effectivity.
