Motivation for Working in Field Social Services for People with Reduced Self-Sufficiency
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou motivace pracovníků v sociálních službách. Zaměřuje se konkrétněji na motivační teorie a východiska z oblasti sociálních služeb a jejich cílové skupiny. Předmětem praktické části je kvantitativní výzkum faktorů motivujících k výkonu tohoto povolání.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of motivation of workers in social services. It focuses more specifically on motivational theories and starting points in the field of social services and their target groups. The subject of the practical part is quantitative research of factors motivating to perform this profession.
