Abstract:
Cílem bakalářské práce je popsat a analyzovat systém odměňování zaměstnanců ve vybrané organizaci. Bakalářská práce bude sloužit jako podklad pro zlepšení ohodnocení zaměstnanců a snížení jejich fluktuace. V první kapitole budou vysvětleny pojmy jako odměňování, mzda, typy mezd, plat, rozdíl v odměňování mužů a žen a další. The objective of the bachelor thesis is to describe and analyze the system of remuneration of employees in selected organizations. The bachelor's thesis will serve as a basis for improving employee evaluation and reducing the staff turnover.
