Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřená na vztah mezi šestifaktorovým pojetím osobnosti a emoční inteligencí. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a výzkumnou část. V teoretické části se zaměřujeme na teoretické vymezení obou konceptů, závěr této části věnujeme vztahu osobnostních rysů a emoční inteligence na základě již existujících výzkumů.
