Bakalářská práce se zabývá spokojeností zaměstnanců s odměňováním a hodnocením práce na výběrové střední škole. V teoretické části jsou, podle odborné literatury, definovány základní pojmy odměňování a hodnocení práce, formy mezd a motivace, které se vztahují k odměňování. The bachelor thesis "Remuneration of employees in contributory organization" describes employee satisfaction with remuneration and evaluation of work at secondary school.
