Předmětem bakalářské práce „Podobnost klíčových etických hodnot v rámci rodinné firmy“ je analyzovat a popsat podobnosti v chápání klíčových etických hodnot v rámci rodinné firmy Osmont s.r.o, a to pomocí kvalitativního dotazníku a kvalitativního rozhovoru.
