Abstract:
Crohn's disease is an incurable, chronic, immune-mediated, inflammatory disease. Cost of illness method helps to determine the societal financial burden associated with its treatment. The aim of this thesis is to analyse and interpret the costs incurred in the treatment of Crohn's disease using this method in patients with mild and severe form of the disease.
