Design of plastic storage tray and vacuum mold for its production
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce obsahuje návrh vakuové formy pro automatickou výrobní linku a rešerši na téma podtlakového tvarování, konstrukce vakuových forem a zásady navrhování výtažků. Dále je zde řešena digitalizace odkládacího zásobníku pomocí ručního skeneru a následné zpracování naměřených dat.
Abstract:
This thesis disserts on the design of a vacuum mold for an automatic production line and research on the topic of vacuum forming and designing of its products and construction of vacuum molds. Furthermore, the digitization of the storage tank using a hand-held scanner and the subsequent processing of measured data is solved here.
