Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou zdanění nemovitého majetku v České republice. Pro porovnání daně z nemovitých věcí byly zvoleny země Evropské unie. V teoretické části se práce zabývá základními pojmy a daňovou soustavou v České republice, obzvlášť majetkovými daněmi. The bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of real estate taxation in the Czech Republic. The countries of the European Union were chosen for the comparison of taxes on real estate.
