This Thesis deals with the problems of the postwar development of the judicial system and public prosecutor in our country. It concerns the period in which Czechoslovakia is aroused after the second world war into a short phase of democratic society, so that the regime of communist totalitarianism could be established with enthusiasm of people in the early stages.
