Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce je věnována problematice logistického toku ve firmě zabývající se zpracováním plastů. V analytické části práce popisuji logistiku a její dělení na obecné úrovni. V praktické části již analyzuji aktuální stav logistických procesů a jejich monitoring v dané firmě. V závěru práce, doporučuji inovace vedoucí ke zlepšení stávajícího stavu.
Abstract:
This bachelor’s thesis is devoted to issue of logistic flow in company dealing with plastic processing. In the analytical part of the thesis I describe the logistic and its divisions at the general level. In the practical part I analyze the current status of logistic processes and their monitoring in the choosen company.
