Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na profesi porodní asistentky a na její osobní i profesní vývoj. Skládá se z teoretické a praktické části. V teoretické části jsou dvě hlavní kapitoly, první se zaměřuje na historii babictví a druhá přibližuje postavení porodních asistentek v současnosti. Zvláštní pozornost je věnována novému zákonu o nelékařských profesích, který se také zabývá profesí porodní asistentky, upravuje její kompetence, způsob vzdělání a registraci. Praktická část se skládá z dotazníkového šetření a rozhovoru se zkušenou porodní asistentkou. Cílem práce bylo zkoumání názorů porodních asistentek na svoji profesi v regionální, krajské a fakultní nemocnici.

Abstract:

This bachelor work is focused on the profession of a midwife and on her personal and professional development. It consists of two parts {--} a theoretical and a practical one. In the theoretical part there are two main chapters, the first one deals with the history of midwifery and the second one shows up the position of a midwife in the present. Special part of this work is devoted to the new law about non-medical professions which deals with the profession of a midwife, explains her competence, the way of education and her registration. The practical part consists of a questionnaire investigation and dialogs with an experienced midwife. The purpose of this work was to find out opinions of midwives on their profession in regional, local and facultative hospitals.
