Tématem předkládané bakalářské práce jsou přestupky proti veřejnému pořádku. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou, které jsou dále členěny mimo úvodu a závěru do sedmi samostatných kapitol. Členění kapitol bakalářské práce je přizpůsobeno jejímu zadání. The subject of this thesis are infractions against public order. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part, which are further divided into seven separate chapters (apart from the introduction and conclusions).
