Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá zadlužením domácností v České republice. Hlavní význam teoretické části práce tkví v analýze složení domácností a popisu finančních produktů. V práci je dále věnována pozornost i institucím, poskytujícím úvěrové produkty, a jejich zastoupením v tuzemském bankovním sektoru. Přínos praktické časti spočívá v rozboru struktury zadlužení domácností v posledních deseti letech, v popisu metodiky a výsledků zátěžových testů domácností z roku 2019 a dále ve srovnání těchto údajů se skutečností. Do těchto dat vstupuje významně pandemie koronaviru, která má velmi významný dopad na vývoj tuzemské ekonomiky.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the household indebtedness in the Czech Republic. The main importance of the theoretical part of the thesis is in the analysis of household composition and specification of financial products. The work also pays attention to institutions providing credit products and their substitutions in the domestic banking sector. The benefits of practical part of the thesis are: analysing the household debt structure over the past decade, describing the methodology and results of the household stress testing from 2019 and comparing this data with the reality. The pandemic of coronavirus influences mentioned data and also has a significant impact on development of the domestic economy.
