Organisational structure of sports club and its optimization

Anotace:

Předmětem bakalářské práce je analýza současného stavu organizační struktury dané organizace a návrh možné optimalizace, která povede ke zvýšení produktivity práce. První část práce se zabývá teoretickými poznatky tématu organizace a organizačních struktur. Druhá část se věnuje analýze organizace a její organizační struktury a předkládá návrh optimalizace. Práce napomáhá dané organizaci upravit organizační strukturu tak, aby daná organizace zvýšila efektivitu práce.

Abstract:

The subject of this bachelor thesis is to analyse the current organisational structure of the particular organisation and also to propose possible optimization, which will result in better labour productivity. First part of the thesis deals with the topic of organisation and organisational structures from the theoretical points of view. Second part is dedicated to the analysis of the organisation and its organisational structure. It suggests possible optimization. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to modify the organisational structure so that it helps the particular sports club to work more effectively.
