Legal protection of special categories of emplyees

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis on "Legal protection of special categories of employees" consists of an introduction, five sections and a conclusion. In the first part of "working conditions of the special categories of employees as part of the core principles of the Labour Code" is dedicated to the fundamental principles of medical devices and working conditions. In the second part of "special categories of employees" is dedicated to theoretical and legal characteristics. In the third part: "Legal obligations of an employer in the employment of special categories of employees" is dedicated to employing people with disabilities, youth employment and employment of students. In the fourth part of the "employment of pregnant women, mothers and parents caring for children" pay attention to the prohibition of certain jobs for pregnant women, working time, maternity and parental leave. In the fifth part, "Specific performance of working from home work and telework" is dedicated to conditions, rights and obligations of employees and employers.

Abstract:

Bakalárska práca na tému „ Právna ochrana osobitných kategórií zamestnancov “ pozostáva z úvodu, piatich častí a záveru. V prvej časti „ Pracovné podmienky osobitných kategórií zamestnancov ako súčasť základných zásad Zákonníka práce “ sa venujem základný zásadám ZP a pracovným podmienkam. V druhej časti „ Osobitné kategórie zamestnancov “ sa venujem teoreticko-právnej charakteristike. V tretej časti : „ Právne povinnosti zamestnávateľa pri zamestnávaní osobitných kategórií zamestnancov “ sa venujem zamestnávaniu osôb so zdravotným postihnutím, zamestnávaniu mladistvých a zamestnávaniu študentov. V štvrtej časti „ Zamestnávanie tehotných žien, matiek a rodičov starajúcich sa o deti “ venujem pozornosť zákazu niektorých prác pre tehotné ženy, úprave pracovného času, materskej a rodičovskej dovolenke. V piatej časti „ Špecifiká výkonu pracovného pomeru domáckej práce a telepráce “ sa venujem podmienkam výkonu , právam a povinnostiam zamestnancov a zamestnávateľov.
