Basic Principles of Application of Law Focused on Administrative Procedure

Abstract:

Téma bakalářské práce: Základní zásady aplikace práva se zaměřením na správní proces. Cílem práce je popsat a vysvětlit pojem aplikace práva, aplikační proces. Jeho tři stádia a rozlišení autoritativní a neautoritativní formy. Věnuji se interpretaci práva a druhům interpretace. Značnou část práce věnuji základním zásadám činnosti správních orgánů. Jejich vymezení, smyslu a vzájemnému propojení. V závěru se krátce zmiňuji i o zásadách správního řízení.

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis: Basic principles of application of the law with a focus on the administrative process. The thesis aims to describe and explain term application of the law, the application process. The three stages and non-authoritative and authoritative resolution forms. I dedicate the interpretation of law and sorts of interpretations. I devote a considerable part fundamental principles of administrative law. Their definition, meaning and interconnect. In conclusion, a brief mention on the principles of administrative procedure.
