Probation and Mediation Service of the Czech Republic

Abstract:

Má diplomová práce (dále též práce) pojednává o probační a mediační službě České republiky. Za cíl práce jsem si zvolila shrnout a popsat problematiku probační a mediační služby ČR a zhodnotit současnou situaci. V úvodních kapitolách se věnuji zprvu teoretickým poznatkům o Probační a mediační službě. Následně se snažím charakterizovat pojmy probace a mediace a parole. V neposlední řadě se zaměřuji na vymezení alternativních trestů. Zabývám se konkrétně alternativními tresty domácího vězení, obecně prospěšných prací, peněžité tresty, tresty propadnutí majetku, propadnutí věci, zákazu činnosti a pobytu, tresty zákazu vstupu na sportovní a jiné společenské akce, vyhoštění a podmíněné odsouzení k trestu odnětí svobody. Snažím se je definovat. Vzhledem k tomu, že se mi probační a mediační služba jeví jako méně povědomé odvětví, rozhodla jsem se do poslední části mé práce zahrnout výzkum, který poukazuje na nedostatečnou propagovanost probační a mediační služby.

Abstract:

My diploma thesis (hereafter only thesis) deals with probation and mediation service of the Czech Republic. For the purposes of my bachelor thesis, the following areas were chosen: reduce the problem of probation and mediation service of the Czech Republic and to evaluate the current situation. In the opening chapters, the theoretical knowledge of the probation and mediation service is believed at first. Subsequently, I expect to characterize the terms probation and mediation and the parole. Last but not least, I focus on defining alternative sanctions. I deal specifically with alternative sentences of house arrest, community service, fines, forfeiture of property, forfeiture of property, prohibition of activity and residence, punishment of prohibition of entry to sports and other social events, deportation and conditional sentence to imprisonment. I'm trying to define them. It is likely that I have a trial and mediation service that has less awareness in the industry that I am on the. last part of my work.
