Transparency of Public Administration in the Czech Republic and Estonia
Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá komparací české a estonské právní úpravy principu transparentnosti a transparentnosti veřejné správy, jež je jedním ze základních prvků demokratického právního státu a důležitým prvkem správně fungující veřejné správy. V závěru se autor zabývá také možnými návrhy změn de lege ferenda v českém právním řádu.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with comparison of Czech and Estonian legal regulation of the principle of transparency and the transparency of public administration which is one of the fundamental elements of democratic rule of law and important element of properly functioning public administration. In conclusion author also deals with possible suggestions in the Czech legal order de lege ferenda.
