The theoretical part of this thesis deals with corporate culture, human resources manage-ment, motivation and current methods of employee satisfaction measuring. In the practical part, the author presents the company, where the actual measurements of employee satisfaction were taken. The work identifies and evaluates the level of employee satisfaction.
