Basic obligation to prove nationality to the security forces

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce si klade za cíl popsat, vyložit a rozebrat základní povinnost prokazování příslušnosti k bezpečnostním sborům v České republice ve smyslu zákona č. 361/2003 Sb., o služebním poměru příslušníků bezpečnostních sborů a následně navrhnout optimální dikce této základní povinnosti. Bakalářská práce, také obsahuje ostatní základní povinnosti příslušníků či zaměstnanců jednotlivých bezpečnostních sborů jako jsou zdvořilost, iniciativa, přiměřenost postupu, poučování a také mlčenlivost. Pro psaní této práce byla použita odborná literatura, právní normy.

Abstract:

The bachelor´s thesis aims to describe, interpret and analyze the basic obligation to prove membership of the security forces in the Czech Republic in the sense of Act No. 361/2003 Coll., on the employment relationship of members of the security forces, and subsequently to propose the optimal diction of this basic obligation. The bachelor´s thesis also contains other basic duties of members or employees of individual security forces, such as courtesy, initiative, appropriateness of procedure, instruction and confidentiality. Professional literature and legal norms were used to write this work.
