Abstract:
The dissertation focuses on the problems related to the elaboration of the balance of accounts, including financial statements, and it suggests improvements enabling a better use of the information presented in the final accounts and financial statements for effective management of the company, leading to the enhancement of the profitability and financial stability of the company.
