Abstract:

Diplomová práce na téma Problematika prevence trestné činnosti ze strany Policie ČR, z pohledu seniora, se zabývá, preventivními vzdělávacími programy PČR, jako jednou z možností ochrany seniora před trestnou činností. Cílem této diplomové práce je zjistit, jak senioři vnímají preventivní aktivity ze strany PČR, které jsou zaměřené na ně a na trestnou činnost, která je na nich páchaná. Teoretická část této práce nám představí osobu seniora, jeho postavení v minulé a v současné době, také jeho charakteristické vlastnosti připisované ke stárnutí a stáří, jeho image v médiích, dále zde můžeme nahlédnout na nejčastěji páchanou trestnou činnost spojenou s osobou seniora a na seniora jako na oběť této trestné činnosti. Také si zde představíme prevenci trestné činnosti a preventivní aktivity ze strany PČR, které jsou na seniora přímo zaměřené. Toto je doplněno statistikou trestných činu za rok 2014, spáchaných na seniorech. Praktická část této práce se věnuje kvalitativnímu výzkumu, jehož výzkumnou metodou je polostrukturovaný rozhovor, formou interview. Výzkumným vzorkem jsou senioři žijící v Moravskoslezském kraji, v okrese Karviná, a jedná se o seniory, kteří již v minulosti navštívili preventivní vzdělávací program PČR s názvem Bezpečí ve stáří. Provedený výzkum má poskytnout informace, jak senioři vnímají a jaké postoje vyjadřují k preventivním vzdělávacím programům, které PČR zaměřuje přímo na ně.

Abstract:

The thesis on the topic ˝The Problems of the Prevention of Criminal Activity from the Side of the Police of the Czeh Republic from the Senior?s point of View? is concerned with the preventive educational programmes of the police of the Czech Republic as a posibility of a protection of a senior against criminal aktivity. The aim of the thesis is to ascertain how the seniors perceive the preventive activities of the Police of the Czech Republic which are focused on them and on the criminal aktivity which is commited on them. The theoretikal part presents a person of a senior, his position in the past and nowadays, his typice qualities which are attached to the ageing and old age, his image in media as well as the most frequent criminal activities connected with the senior and the senior as a victim of the criminal aktivity are summarized there. The preventiv of the criminal aktivity and preventive aktivity from the side of the Police of the Czech Republic focused directly on the senior are introduced here too. It si completed with the statistics of some criminal acts commited on seniors in 2014. The practikal prt is devoted to the qualitative research whose research method is a semi-structured dialogue, the form interview. Research sample is seniors living in Moravian-Silesian Region, distrikt Karviná. The seniors are those who visited the preventive educational programme of the Police of the Czech Republic called ˝The Security in the Old Age? in the past. The accomplished research should provide the informatik how the seniors perceive the preventive educational programmes which are directly focused on them and chat attitude Theky express on them.
