Evaluation of financial projects with using of other financial instruments as an alternative to the subsidy

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se bude zabývat možnostmi financování projektu a jejich následnou komparací s výběrem nejvhodnější varianty. Práce bude zaměřena na obecný popis problematiky projektů, charakterizuje dostupné formy financování, dále výběr podniku a jeho charakteristiku. Následně hodnotí dopady projektu na hospodaření firmy. Práce je rozdělena do pěti kapitol, kde v první a druhé kapitole je zaměřena na obecnou část charakteristiky projektů a v další kapitolách je zaměřena na podnik a vybraný projekt, který je analyzován z finančního hlediska.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis will deal with the possibilities of project financing and their subsequent comparison with the selection of the most suitable option. The work will be focused on general description of the problems of the projects, characterizes the available forms of financing, the selection of the company and its characteristics. Subsequently, it evaluates the project's impact on the company's economy. The work is divided into five chapters, where in the first and second chapter is focused on the theoretical part of the project characteristics and in the next chapters is focused on the company and selected project, which is analyzed from the financial point of view.
