Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá rozdíly mezi muži a ženami na trhu práce se zaměřením na rodičovskou dovolenou. V teoretické části jsou popsány základy rodinné politiky, legislativní úpravy rodičovské dovolené a rozdíly mezi muži a ženami na trhu práce.
