Role of the education in the admission procedure

Abstract:

Cílem této diplomové práce je analýza vybraných společností a jejich preferencí v oblasti vzdělání při přijímacím řízení nových zaměstnanců. První část práce představuje nezbytný teoretický rámec. Jsou zde vysvětleny pojmy vzdělání, vzdělávání, lidský kapitál a metody získávání zaměstnanců. Druhá část se zabývá výzkumem. Kapitola metodologie popisuje zvolené výzkumné metody a představuje výzkumné otázky. V rámci podkapitoly výzkumný soubor jsou představeny analyzované společnosti. V krátkosti je popsán jejich vznik a předmět podnikání, dále je představena firemní kultura ve společnosti a také průběh výběru zaměstnanců. Následně jsou představeny výsledky provedeného výzkumu a odpovědi na výzkumné otázky. Závěrečná část práce nabízí doporučení pro analyzované společnosti. Veškerá doporučení jsou navržena pro konkrétní společnosti a snaží se inovovat dosavadní zavedenou praxi.

Abstract:

The aim of this thesis is to analyze selected companies and their preferences in the field of education in the recruitment process of new employees. The first part of the thesis presents the necessary theoretical framework. It explains the concepts of education, training, human capital and recruitment methods. The second part deals with research. The methodology chapter describes the chosen research methods and presents a research questions. Within the subchapter of the research set, the analyzed companies are presented. Their origin and subject of business are briefly described, as well as the corporate culture in the company and the course of employee selection. Subsequently, the results of the research and the answers to the research questions are presented. The final part of the work offers recommendations for the analyzed companies. All recommendations are designed for specific companies and seek to innovate existing practices.
