Innovation Management Impact on Business Competitiveness

Abstract:

Práce se zabývá možnostmi inovací managementu, které vedou ke konkurenceschopnosti podniku a je rozdělena do čtyř kapitol. První kapitola se zabývá podnikem a jeho charakteristikou, následně i managementem. Charakterizuje podnik a jeho okolí, životní cyklus podniku, management a krizový management. Druhá kapitola je zaměřena na problematiku konkurenceschopnosti. Popisuje konkurenci v dodavatelských řetězcích, definici a přístup ke konkurenceschopnosti. Druhá část této kapitoly se věnuje inovacím a inovačním potenciálem v době krize. Do třetí kapitoly také spadají dodavatelské řetězce. Hlavním záměrem této kapitoly je popis komunikace a koordinace v dodavatelském řetězci během krize. Poslední čtvrtá kapitola popisuje inovace v personálním managementu sledovaného podniku. Tyto inovace byly zpracovány na základě dotazníkového šetření. Závěrem práce je popisování personálního plánování v době krize a doporučení

Abstract:

This study examines management innovation possibilities that lead to the business' competitiveness and is divided into four chapters. First chapter is dedicated to business, its characteristics and lastly to management. The chapter characterizes the business and its surroundings, life cycle of a business, management and crisis management. Second chapter is focused on the problematics of competitiveness. Competitiveness in supply chains, its definition and approach to competitiveness is described. Second part of this chapter is dedicated to innovations and innovation potential in the time of crisis. Third chapter also includes information about supply chains. The main intention of this chapter is to describe the communication and coordination in the supply chain during the crisis. The fourth and also last chapter presents the innovation in the human resource management of the examined business. Such innovations were processed on the basis of a conducted survey. The conclusion of this study is the description of human resource planning in the time of crisis and further suggestions.
