Diplomová práce se věnuje tématu stárnutí obyvatelstva a přípravě na bydlení v důchodovém věku. Cílem práce je identifikovat požadavky na bydlení osob v předdůchodovém věku v Uherském Brodě a navrhnout řešení situace v oblasti bydlení. The diploma thesis deals with the topic of population aging and preparation for housing in retirement age.
