Abstract:

Tato práce s názvem „Efficient use of rail capacity in cases of tempo-rary capacity restrictions“ se zabývá problematikou kapacitního ome-zení na trati a tím spojenými socioekonomickými náklady pro společ-nost. Cílem práce je vytvoření nového přístupu, jak efektivněji přistu-povat k plánování výluk na trati ve spojitosti se snížením socioekono-mických náklad. Výsledná metodika přináší nový přístup k soutěžení investičních veřejný zakázek, která klade důraz na kratší výluky trati na daném úseku s využití standardizovaných ceníků pro zefektivnění vý-běrového řízení.

Abstract:

This thesis, entitled "Efficient use of rail capacity in cases of temporary capacity restrictions", deals with the issue of capacity restrictions on the line and the associated socio-economic costs for society. The aim of the thesis is to develop a new approach to a more efficient planning of line temporary capacity restriction in relation to the reduction of so-cio-economic costs. The resulting methodology provides a new ap-proach to competing investment tenders that emphasises shorter line capacity restriction on a given line section, using standardised price lists to make the tender process more efficient.
