Téma mé práce pojednává o jedné z mnoha metod hodnocení investic. Jedná se o čistou současnou hodnotu projektu, přičemž předmětem je vypočíst její absolutní hodnotu, ale zároveň se i zaměřit i na ostatní používaná kritéria včetně ekonomických a pokusit se porovnat jejich vhodnost použití k vybrané investici, kterou byla výstavba kotle na biomasu. Subject of this work treats about one of many methods of capital investment assessments. It concerns about the net present value of the project, whereas the goal is to calculate its absolute value and at the same time, to focus upon other used criterions, including the economical ones, and attempt to compare their applicability for a chosen capital project, which was a biomass boiler build-up.
