Tato diplomová práce se věnuje špatnému zacházení v instituci poskytující zdravotní a sociální služby v České republice. Základ této práce spočívá v rozboru vnitrostátní a mezinárodní právní úpravy, která je hodnocena z hlediska doporučení mezinárodního „soft law“ na poli ochrany osob před mučením, krutým, nelidským nebo ponižujícím zacházením. This diploma thesis deals with ill-treatment in institutions providing health and social services in the Czech Republic. The core of this thesis dwells in the analysis of the national and international law standards, which are assessed in the view of the international „soft law“ documents dealing with freedom from torture, cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment.
