Ochota investovat do vlastního zdraví v závislosti na profesi a vzdělání v Jihočeském kraj

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na problematiku ochoty obyvatel investovat do vlastního zdraví. Konkrétně zkoumá, jak jedincův příjem, profese a vzdělání ovlivňu-jí tuto ochotu. Na základě analýzy dat byly identifikovány souvislosti mezi profesí, vzděláním a ochotou lidí investovat do svého zdraví. Ochota investovat do zdraví je zpracována na základě výsledků vlastního dotazníkového šetření uskutečněného na jaře roku 2023 v Jihočeském kraji. Data od 210 respondentů různého věku, vzdělání, příjmu a pracujících v rozdílných sektorech jsou vyhodnocována korelační analýzou při použití Pearsonova chí-kvadrátu test nezávislosti a Spearmanova korelačního koefi-cientu. Získané poznatky mohou poskytnout cenné informace pro zlepšení preventiv-ních opatření a podpory zdraví v této oblasti. Výsledky práce mohou být tak základem pro další podrobnější šetření či jen informativní pro tvůrce politik.

Abstract:

This thesis focuses on the issue of residents' willingness to invest in their own health. Specifically, it examines how an individual's income, profession and education influence this willingness. On the basis of data analysis, connections between profession, education and people's willingness to invest in their health were identified. Willingness to invest in health is processed on the basis of the results of our own questionnaire survey carried out in the spring of 2023 in the South Bohemian Region. Data from 210 respondents of different age, education, income and working in different sectors are evaluated by correlation analysis using Pearson's chi-square test of independence and Spearman's correlation coefficient. The knowledge gained can provide valuable information for improving preventive measures and health support in this area. The results of the work can thus be the basis for further more detailed investigations or just informative for policy makers.
