Abstract:
Tuto bakalářskou práci zakládám na zkoumání teorie uživatelských výzkumů, analýze nástrojů na uživatelské výzkumy a vyvozením pravidel pro správné navržení inovativního nástroje. V první části teoretické části se věnuji studiu rozdělení, provádění a vyhodnocování výzkumů, v druhé části zkoumám, jak fungují existující nástroje a hledám jejich pozitiva a negativa. I establish this bachelor thesis to explore theory of user research, analysis of tools to user research and the rules for the innovative tool design. In the first part of the theoretical part, I deal with the studies of division, implementation and evaluation of research, in the second part, I explore how existing tools work and seek their positives and negatives.
