Ve své bakalářské práci se zabývám problematikou negativního mezilidského chování v pracovně právních vztazích, které je označováno jako mobbing. Teoretická část je zaměřena na problematiku mobbingu, v jeho správnému definování, dále charakterizovat jeho znaky, nebezpečnost i způsob obrany. In my work I focus on the negative interpersonal behavior in workplace relations, which is known as mobbing. The theoretical part focuses on mobbing definition, typical characteristics, danger and ways of possible defense.
