Abstract:
V této bakalářské práci se zabýváme charakterizací lipidové dvojvrstvy membrán a změnami jejich složení během stárnutí, jako možným rizikovým faktorem, přispívajícím ke vzniku Alzheimerovy nemoci. Tvorba a usazování amyloidních plaků v extracelulárním prostoru mozkové tkáně, a s tím související neurodegenerace neuronů, je klasickým znakem Alzheimerovy nemoci. Abstract:
In this thesis, we study lipid bilayer during aging as a risk factor for Alzheimer's disease. The formation and deposition of amyloid plaques in the extracellular space of brain tissue and the associated neurodegeneration of neurons is a classic feature of Alzheimer's disease.
