Abstract:
Bakalářská práce pojednává o výslechu dítěte, které se stalo obětí trestného činu. Výslech dětí je specifický trestněprávní úkon, při kterém je třeba dodržet zákonem stanovená pravidla. Je třeba postupovat citlivě, aby byla chráněna psychika dítěte, nedošlo k prohloubení jeho citového zranění – sekundární viktimizaci, ale zároveň byly získány nezbytné informace pro následné odsouzení pachatele. The bachelor thesis deals with questioning a child who has been a crime victim. Interrogation of children is a specific criminal act in which statutory rules must be observed.
