Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou a sestavením business modelu pro projekt Patrik Kaňka: Osobní a on-line coaching. Cílem práce je představit business model tohoto podnikatelského záměru a zanalyzovat jeho proveditelnost. Pro vypracování business modelu je použita adaptace Business modelu Canvas od autorů Alexandera Osterwaldera a Yves Pigneura s názvem Lean Canvas od Ash Maurya, jež je určena pro začínající podniky. Průzkum trhu je proveden pomocí polostrukturovaných rozhovorů se sedmi zástupci dvou skupin, a to trenérů a zákazníků. Dále je pro ověření výsledků zavedeno dotazníkové šetření. V závěru práce jsou provedeny dvě analýzy, analýza makrookolí, PEST a analýza SWOT, která definuje silné a slabé stránky, příležitosti a hrozby. Výsledkem práce je nově sestavený business model Lean Canvas, který je upravený pomocí získaných poznatků z provedeného výzkumu a analýz.

Abstract:

The Bachelor thesis deals with analysis and assembling business model for Patrik Kaňka: Personal and on-line coaching. The goal is to introduce a business model of this plan and analyze its practicability. For this business plan's development is used an adaptation of a Business model Canvas from the authors Alexander Osterwalder and Yves Pigneur, with the name Lean Canvas by Ash Maurya, which is designed for new businesses. The market survey was performed with the help of semi-constructed interviews with seven representatives of two goups, both coaches and clients. A questionnaire was set up as well for verifying the results. In the conclusion of this project two analysis were made, macroenvironment analysis, PEST and SWOT analysis which defines the strong and weak sides, opportunities and threat aspects of the project. The result of the work is a newly constructed business model Lean Canvas that is adjusted by the gained knowledge from all those researches and analysis.
