Biomechanics of the landing phase in gymnastics from the point of view of injury prevention and performance improvement: A systematic review of the literature

Abstract:

Práce se zabývala hodnocením vývoje studií, které přispívají k pochopení mechanismů zatížení na pohybový aparát při gymnastických doskocích pomocí biomechanických přístupů. Cílem je vytvořit systematický přehled vědeckých studií a metodických materiálů, z oblasti fáze doskoku ve sportovní gymnastice a uvést základní doporučení, které budou mít aplikaci pro školní tělesnou výchovu a tréninkovou praxi. Na problematiku doskoků a prevenci zranění je nahlíženo z hlediska působení reakčních sil a dalších biomechanických faktorů, asymetrie, nebo problematiky nastavení pravidel sportovní gymnastiky.

Abstract:

The purpose of this study was evaluation of the development of studies that contribute to the understanding of the mechanisms of loading on the musculoskeletal system during gymnastic landings by biomechanical analysis. The main aim was create a systematic review of scientific studies and methodological materials in the field of the landing phase in gymnastics and to provide basic recommendations that will have an application for school physical education and training practice. On the issue of rebounds and injury prevention is viewed in terms of the action of reaction forces and other biomechanical factors, asymmetry or the issue of setting the rules of gymnastics.
