Abstract:

Cílem této bakalářské práce je vymezit a zhodnotit současnou problematiku kriminality páchané na seniorech. Předmětem výzkumného zájmu je zjištění, jakými trestnými činy se pachatelé na této věkové kategorii lidí nejčastěji dopouštějí. V empirické části je popsán cíl výzkumu, zvolená kvantitativní metoda v podobě vlastního dotazníkového šetření, na které navazuje prezentace vyhodnocených dat. Z uvedeného poznání budou v této práci vyvozeny způsoby řešení této problematiky, se snahou nalézt možnosti ochrany před pácháním kriminality v rámci preventivních opatření.

Abstract:

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to define and evaluate the current issues of crime committed against seniors. The subject of this research is to find out which crimes do the offenders most often commit against people in this age category. The empirical part describes the goal of this research, the chosen quantitative method in the form of its own questionnaire survey, which is followed by a presentation of the evaluated data. In this work, a way to solve this problem will be derived from the knowledge above, with an effort to find possibilities of protection against these crimes with the use of preventive measures.
