Abstract:
The goal of the work presented in this thesis was the study of macrocyclic complexes of transition metal and lanthanide ions that are used as diagnostic and therapeutic tools in medicine. Kinetic and thermodynamic properties of these complexes were studied in order to judge their stability in vivo.
